Sometimes the app cannot access the camera on Android devices. To reset the camera, you can either restart your device or close this app, open app settings, deleted app stored data, or open Chrome browser and delete stored data for Bluepassbook.com, or open a web browser, use incognito or private mode to access bluepassbook.com, log in, tap the scanner button, allow camera permission, close the browser, and open the app again
